How are my nutrition goals calculated?
The MyNutriPlanner team uses a number of science-backed formulas and calculations using the answers to questions your responded to, in order to give you your estimated nutrition goals based on the general population. Please keep in mind that this is not professional medical or health advice, and these nutrition goals do not take any health or medical conditions into consideration. Your nutrition goals are evidence based guidelines, which you are free to adjust as you see fit.
What kind of nutrition information is available?
MyNutriPlanner provides clear, easy-to-understand nutrition information, including calories and key macronutrients (like protein, carbs, and fats). Micronutrient information is commonly available as well, depending on the specific recipe or ingredient you have selected. Our goal is to give you useful insights without overwhelming you with unnecessary details.
How do I update my body measurements?
You can update your body measurements anytime in your profile settings. Keeping this information current helps ensure your nutrition goals stay accurate and aligned with you.

How can I change or cancel my subscription?
You can alter you subscription in the Account Billing section of your profile or by emailing your request to support@mynutriplanner.com.
Why am I seeing recipes for a food I dislike or am allergic to?
While most recipes with those foods will be filtered out, some recipes may be missing the appropriate food tags in our system. This means that there may be instances where recipes are not filtered out properly.
What should I do if I find a bug or error?
If you do encounter an issue, please try to take a screenshot, and attach it an email to our support team, at support@mynutriplanner.com. We will work quickly to fix and resolve the issue!
Who can see my reviews and the meals I created myself?
Your personal data, ratings, and custom meals are private by default. Only you can see the meals you create and your ratings, unless you choose to share them with a friend in the future.
